Guest Rooms

Rule

  1. All rights of admission rest with the Management.
  2. Occupants are required to write their names and attest their signature in the check-in / check-out register kept in the rooms reception.
  3. Occupants are required to take care of their belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss of cash or valuables.
  4. Affiliated Club Members should pay the room rent in advance in cash for the period they are expected to stay ( Maximum 7 Days ).
  5. Bills have to be settled by Cash only. Cheques will not be accepted.
  6. Occupants should inform the Room Supervisor / Bearers well in advance about their check-out time to ensure that their accounts are ready in time.
  7. Rooms will be available only for Members of this Association, Members Guests and Affiliated Club Members.
  8. Playing of Cards in the room is strictly prohibited.
  9. Inviting other persons to unauthorisedly stay in the room is strictly prohibited.
  10. Occupants are not allowed to keep pets in the room.
  11. Any damage to the fixtures will be charged to the concerned occupants.
  12. Playing of music or use of TV at high volume is prohibited to avoid disturbing other occupants.
  13. Hanging of clothes on the window frames is prohibited.
  14. Guests are not permitted in the rooms after 10.00 P.M.
  15. Check In / Check Out time : 24 Hours.
  16. Any clarification of rules can be sought from the Hon. Secretary or the Association office during working hours.
  17. The Management reserves the right to alter the structure of Room Rent from time to time at its discretion.
  18. The Guest Rooms should be booked well in advance. Cancellation charges apply.
